After years working in healthcare, cannabis operations, higher education, and government compliance, Co-Founder Cerrone Crowder saw a need for honest and informed support for emerging entrepreneurs and businesses. He specializes in designing transformative programs that bridge education, workforce readiness, and community impact. His vision drives DLC Training’s mission to equip organizations and individuals with the tools to thrive in evolving industries
As Director of Operations, Co-Founder Demetria Crowder, oversees program implementation, partnership development, and organizational systems to ensure excellence in delivery and impact.
Demetria has led multiple community initiatives focused on bridging the digital divide for seniors, partnering with libraries, nonprofits, and local agencies to deliver hands-on training and support. Her operational insight and commitment to inclusion play a vital role in expanding DLC Training’s reach into underserved communities, ensuring programs are both effective and accessible.
With a strong background in multimedia production and digital communications, Cerrone Crowder Jr. leads the company’s digital marketing strategies, youth engagement initiatives, and content innovation systems. He oversees the development of digital platforms, social media campaigns, and youth-centered learning experiences that make workforce and leadership training engaging and relevant. His perspective ensures that DLC Training remains at the forefront of digital innovation while inspiring the next generation of leaders.
